I got back ranges of motion that I have not had in years with the therapeutic massages and stretching. I recently had a total knee replacement and have always struggled with post-op swelling.  I started seeing Jenny from day one to do manual lymphatic drainage.  I am currently just over two weeks and have very minimal swelling and healing quite fast.  Jenny knows how to get the swelling and fluid moving out of the surgical site quickly so that recovery is quicker.

Jenny is the best massage therapist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have been seeing her consistently bi weekly for about two years now for regular massages. I decided to have a breast fat transfer which included lipo and thermitight to my abdomen. Jenny came along side me to make sure my recovery was smooth and successful. The first MLD session I had with her was life changing. I came in with pockets of fluids in my back, sore and just overall tight. Not only did she get all the fluid to move off my back but she was able to get my body to fully relax to the point where my compression garments actually brought me comfort and not pain. I came to Jenny because I was an Emergency C-section Momma 2 1/2 postpartum. My legs/ankles/feet were swollen and my scar/tummy were lumpy/swollen and I was miserable. My OB practice sent me home post c-section with very little healing instructions even with my history of issues post surgery. I was sent home wearing a pressure dressing that wicked away moisture, they removed 1 week post surgery.

I was in pain, discomfort and barely able to tolerate clothing on my skin. In just 2 weeks time I'm already seeing major improvements and changes.

The fluid on my feet/ankles/legs has seriously subsided. They are basically back to normal and no longer painful to walk or wear any type of footwear.

My stomach and scar area are not near a lumpy or bumpy from what turned out to be fibroids developing. I'm still tender but after a few minutes of Jenny gently massaging the area, the pain/discomfort I had begins to seriously subside. The "swelling" I saw, which was fluid retention, has also gone down with the work Jenny has been doing. I can wear clothes and not feel uncomfortable with thrm touching my skin. The massages are very gentle and relaxing but effective and helping with my pain. The fibroids are mostly gone in just 2 weeks.

Jenny made the suggestion to also have me wear a Post Surgery Tummy Binder for support and compression. I wear it off and on throughout the day and have to say it helps also. We've also been doing specific breathing exercises to engage my abdominal area and address all my issues, these are simple to do and don't take up much time for me throughout my day.

I don't even know how to begin to thank Jenny for the major improvements I'm seeing already! I will definitely suggest Jenny to anyone else who has a C-section!

I was kicked by a horse around 4 years ago, it left a bulging spot on my right ankle. I asked Jenny about that spot at my first appointment (stretching) and she immediately felt there and said let me Cryo Wrap it, I said “Sure”. The bulge and underneath liquid has gone down in 3 treatments where it’s about not noticeable anymore. My husband and I usually get a routine 1 1/2 therapeutic deep tissue massage with Jenny and she does an awesome job.
