Cancelation fee
Please be aware that any appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a $15 rescheduling fee. New appointment must be booked within 5 days. Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $30 rescheduling fee. Any appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of up to 100% of the appointment cost. If you do not call or show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. If you do not show for your rebook you will be charged full service fee for BOTH appointments.
Illness
We require you to be 48 hours without a fever for ALL appointments. We work with cancer patients this is non-negotiable.
Appointment Breakdown
An appointment includes: 10 minutes for consultation and clothing change. This means that a 90 minute appointment will be approximately 80 minutes of hands on massaging and 10 minutes for changing, bathroom, check out, etc. If you are late for your appointment, that time will be taken off your hands on massage time.
Payments
In order to keep our prices low we have a card and cash price. Please plan accordingly.
If using a card, card must be present at appointment! A credit card is required to book any appointment (even if you are using a gift card/certificate or paying cash) but will NOT be charged unless there is a cancelation. If you are booking for someone else simply purchase an e-gift card and include the card number in the booking reservation. OR just text us and we can handle it for you!! We know computers can be frustrating at times.
